Before a new resident moves in, each apartment home at Eagle Creek is professionally painted and cleaned. Our maintenance team conducts a thorough inspection and completes general maintenance throughout the apartment. Finally, our office inspects everything to make sure your new home is ready for moving day!
You do not need to be home during a maintenance repair. When submitting a service request through the resident portal, please indicate if the maintenance team has permission to enter your apartment. Non-emergency service requests are performed during business hours.
Yes, our onsite maintenance team is available Monday through Friday during regular business hours, and they are also availble for certain emergency maintenance situations outside of business hours.
You can submit a maintenance request through the Eagle Creek resident portal any time. In the event of an emergency maintenance request, please call the office and we will address the issue as soon as possible.
Yes, we welcome both dogs and cats at our community, however we have a limit of two pets per apartment home. Please call for details on restrictions and costs.
Once the rental application and additional documents are submitted, we typically finalize the application process within 48 hours.
You can pay rent online through the Eagle Creek resident portal. We accept echeck payments with your bank acocunt information, and we can also accept credit card or debit card payments. Convenience fees apply for credit card or debit card transactions.
Yes, we require renters insurance for all apartment homes. We require a minimum of $100,000 liability and the property must be listed as an interested party. If you do not already have renters insurance, our preferred partner is ResidentShield.com.
We understand your situation may change, and we offer a lease buy out option. Please contact us for details.
Once your application for Eagle Creek is approved, you will receive a welcome letter which will let you know which utility companies you need to contact prior to move in.
Your welcome letter will indicate which utilities you are responsible for. Some utilities may be included on your monthly rent statement, and others you will set up and pay for separately.
