Rent includes the apartment home only. Residents pay for all utilities separately, and additional fees, parking, or other services may be billed separately.

• Weight limit: 50 lb combined weight limit for all pets.
• Restricted breeds: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chows / Chow Chows, Bull Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Shar Peis, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf Hybrids, and any variations or mixes of those breeds.

Packages are delivered to a designated package room for convenient pickup.

Reserved parking is available for $50 per month.

EV charging stations are not currently available.

Apartment finishes may include:
• Premium Renovations: Laminate wood flooring, quartz counters, shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and an updated lighting package.
• White Gold Renovations: Original cabinets with new faces painted gray, black appliances, and laminate wood flooring in common areas.

Apartment homes do not include in-unit washers and dryers; shared laundry is available.
